The headphones made by Panasonic Aside from the fact that they support different shapes and sizes, with different genders of relationship, etc., they have a wide range of audio peripherals. Over-ear headphones, in-ear headphones, in-ear headphones, and even true Bluetooth headphones are the main types of headphones. We’ll talk about the pros and cons of each type of headphone, as well as how to use them in a unique way, to help you narrow down your search.
1. Headphones by Panasonic called RP-HD605N
The HD605N’s designers clearly put a lot of thought into comfort instead of making it look fancy. The memory foam earcups and headband are wrapped in soft leather, and the earcups adjust smoothly on both the vertical and horizontal axes to fit the shape of your head. This makes the HD605N very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. They are right up there with Bose and Sony as the most comfortable headphones we have ever worn for long periods of time.
We used the noise-canceling feature of the HD605N a lot in our office, on our way to and from work, and on two cross-country flights. The noise-cancelling gives them a comfortable, clear quality that’s usually only found in the best headphones on the market. You don’t realize how much they’re doing until you take them off and hear all the sounds around you. We’ll still give a slight edge to both Sony and Bose, but the HD605N did a great job of blocking out the noise around us.
2. Panasonic RB-M700B
You know when you think you know something, but it turns out you don’t? The most I can say about these headphones is that they are a confusing mess like that. Some of the things I thought before writing this review turned out to be wrong, while other things I didn’t think about turned out to be pretty fun. Take the quality of the build and the way it looks as an example. At first glance, the Panasonic RB-M700B headphones look heavy and tough, but they are made of smooth plastic that feels much less durable. That doesn’t mean they’re made badly, but they don’t look like they’d last long at the bottom of a backpack. The buttons and the active noise-cancelling switch on the right earcup feel very cheap. When you use them, you can hear a “click” sound in the headphones, and the playback controls are pretty much flush with the earcup, which makes it hard to tell which button you’re pressing.
Let’s talk about what the Panasonic RB-M700B headphones sound like. In my experience, these headphones were mostly for bass fans, which, to be fair, should have been clear from the fact that they had buttons just for bass. I liked turning up the bass every now and then, but when I was trying to listen carefully, I made sure to turn it off. Still, I thought the bass was good even when it wasn’t on, and the graph above shows that I was right.
3. A review of the Panasonic RZ-S500W
The Panasonic RZ-S500W earphones are for people who want the best noise-cancelling headphones that can be used on the go. It changes how loud sounds are based on where you are and has 50 levels of cancellation, making some sounds 1/4 to 1/6 as loud as they would be otherwise. There are also touch controls and integration with Alexa, but the main selling point is the ANC.
The Panasonic RZ-S500W comes in a nice box and has a very unique design. Each touch panel is surrounded by a perforated silver ring that goes well with the black matte finish. I don’t have a strong opinion about the design, but I can see how it would appeal to people who like things to look simple. On the bottom of each bud is the Panasonic logo, which is also printed on the charging case that goes with it. The case isn’t made very well; the hinge seems weak and ready to break with a little extra force.
The 8mm dynamic drivers give off a sound that is easy on the ears by boosting the bass and upper midrange notes. Audio purists try to get a neutral frequency response, but that might not be the best for everyone. The Panasonic RZ-S500W will sound good to anyone whose music library is full of hip-hop and pop hits.
At the beginning of the second verse, a kick drum keeps the beat of the song and makes it hard to hear Melo sing, “My queen won’t feed on milk and honey…” at 1:19. The two emphasized treble crests, on the other hand, make it easy to hear the cymbals. This clarity stays the same throughout the song, which relies a lot on hi-hats and cymbals, especially during the bridges, to make it stand out.
4. KZ ZSN Pro X
The KZ ZSN Pro X are great wired earbuds that come with a 2-pin cable that can be taken off and put back on. This makes the buds last longer. Most people should get the ZSN Pro X because it costs less than $30 USD, which is within most people’s budgets, and it sounds better than its price point. The ZSN Pro X can make almost any type of music sound good because it has a frequency response that gently boosts bass and treble notes. The KZ ZSN PRO X has great sound for a low price, like less than $30 USD. It has some rough edges and a plastic seam on the cable that can rub on your ear. The bud is also a bit big. The technology isn’t the latest and greatest, but that doesn’t always mean it’s better. You ought to do it.
There are a lot of new audio products on the internet, and it has never been harder to tell the good ones from the bad ones. There are some tried-and-true favorites, but bargain hunters who are willing to take a chance on cheap things they don’t know much about might get a dud or a diamond in the rough. KZ is a popular brand among cheap audiophiles, and it makes a lot of earbuds with names that are just as confusing. We listened to the KZ ZSN Pro X for a week to see how well $30 USD earphones can work. It’s better than you’d probably think.
The Moondrop Chu are another set of cheap in-ear headphones that are surprisingly good. They have a simple but elegant design. It blocks out more noise than some earbuds with active noise cancellation, and it can make midrange frequencies seem one-quarter as loud as they did before.
Conclusion
Most reviews of “Panasonic” headphones are positive. They are high quality in terms of how well they work, how much they cost, how easy they are to use, and how long they last. Negativity from users comes from injuries in the most vulnerable places: the plug (jack and mini-jack), kinking, and a discharge cord in the body. This is often because people use these devices often and sometimes in the wrong way.
